The Pec and Bi model primarily focuses on the pectoral and bicep muscles by adding a compression feature to the traditional movements, such as bench press, bicep curl, and even the cable grip bicep curl.

Requirements are a desire and determination to get ripped, sturdy and strong.
You'll need any standard or Olympic weight plates. A set of tight-fitting collars to keep plates in place is strongly recommended.
